I dontated $50 a couple of weeks ago and it was recently returned to my account via a recent email from PayPay saying “Friends of Bill Martin” did not sign up for PayPal account or did not complete registration process.” Does anyone know about this. I would still like for him to get my money. It also said to Please contact Friends of Bill Martin at bigsut1@aol.com to arrange alternate payment, which I did, and that email got returned. ???
